FEYNLAB® PLASTIC BLACK address the specific needs of severely faded exterior vehicle trim by incorporating black pigmentation into the PLASTIC formula. PLASTIC BLACK reformulates the original faded plastic in order to restore and protect it. Additionally, PLASTIC BLACK has a slightly glossier finish than PLASTIC.
Before use, shake the bottle thoroughly.
Using the microfiber applicator, apply a small amount of PLASTIC BLACK and work it into the surface. Ensure the product coats the area evenly without oversaturation.
Allow the product to dwell and penetrate for 5-10 minutes, or apply as needed within this time frame.
After 5 minutes, return to the starting point and wipe off any excess product to achieve an even surface.
For multiple coats, allow at least 12 hours for the initial application to cure before applying additional coats.
Note: The amount of PLASTIC BLACK needed will vary depending on the type of plastic and its initial condition. More oxidized and faded plastics may require more product or multiple applications.
Final Inspection: Carefully inspect all treated panels for any remaining coating residue (high spots) during the final wipe. Pay close attention to edges, emblems, and other intricate areas where residue may accumulate. High spots are easier to remove within 20-40 minutes after the final wipe, before the coating sets and begins to cure.
